Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GripHQ, the software service operated by B-Squared Technologies at griphq.ai. By signing in, creating an account, or using GripHQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

GripHQ is an AI-powered business command center that combines project management, CRM, booking pages, calendar, email, and an AI assistant in a single portal. We may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens in your GripHQ tenant, including actions taken by team members you invite or AI tools you authorize.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use GripHQ for any illegal or harmful purpose.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited marketing through email, calendar invites, booking pages, or the Telegram bot.
  • Attempt to break, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use the AI assistant to generate content that violates Anthropic’s usage policies.
  • Store data belonging to someone else without authorization.
  • Resell GripHQ under a different name without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

4. Your content

You own the data you put into GripHQ (projects, tasks, leads, notes, booking pages, assistant conversations, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to operate the service for you. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

5. Third-party services

GripHQ integrates with Google Workspace, Stripe, Anthropic, Telegram, and others. Your use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by those third parties.

6. Paid plans

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. The plan, price, and billing cycle are shown at checkout.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We can change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to active subscribers. Price changes apply to the next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may restrict access to paid features until the account is in good standing.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Beta features

Some features (AI assistant, voice, workflows) may be labeled beta or experimental. They can change, break, or disappear without notice. Do not rely on beta features for mission-critical workflows.

8. Warranty disclaimer

GripHQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Squared Technologies’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of GripHQ is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B-Squared Technologiesfrom any claim, damage, or expense arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your access ends immediately; we’ll delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we’ll notify active users by email or through the product at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts of Washington County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
